- How important is the goal (resolution) now in your current circumstance?
- Does it need to be modified in some way?
- Is the same goal still a true desire that you want to achieve?
- Picture yourself having already achieved success in your goal. Get your senses involved as much as possible.
- What does it look like seeing yourself as having achieved your goal?
- What can you hear others saying to you when they know you have achieved your goal? What good 'vibes' do you get from your sense of achievement?
- What does it feel like both emotionally and bodily sensations from knowing you have achieved your goal?
- Can you increase that good internal feeling, the sense of achievement gives you - how much can you 'ramp it up'? Ramp it up to the maximum!
- What small step can you take today to help you move in the direction of fulfilling your goals?
Now having questioned yourself with the above, can you see yourself achieving your goals more easily?
