Finding Appleby Road Kendal Cumb

How to get to my osteopathy and coaching practice -

You can park in Appleby Road or in adjacent side roads.

Approaching Kendal from the Windermere direction:

From the large roundabout as you come towards Kendal, take the 1st exit and go down the hill (Windermere Rd). Continue to very bottom of the hill (now on the map at bottom of page). Turn left at traffic lights next to the shops and follow the traffic signs to A6 Penrith. Go under railway bridge and turn right after 100 meters onto the A685 Appleby Road at the ‘Duke of Cumberland’ Pub. Pixel Mill is 150 meters past Sandylands Road on the right and 50 meters past the Kendal cattle auction on the right side of the road (see map below).

Approaching from the M6, Milnthorpe, Barrow in Furness:

Take the 2nd exit for Kendal from the dual carriageway A591 to the big roundabout and follow the above directions.

From Sedburgh:

Come towards Kendal then turn toward the A6 (Penrith). Turn 1st right into the A685 Appleby Road at ‘Duke of Cumberland Pub’.
