Fashion and style advice from real experts 

Fashion styling

Our expert fashion stylists will show you how to make the most of your figure and choose the right clothes to complement your body shape. You will have the chance to learn about different styles and learn how to pull the entire outfit together, with accessories etc. You will be able to express your true personality through clothes and really get a feel for what will suit you best. 

Hair and make-up

We will teach you how to apply your make-up more effectively to highlight your best features and play down your flaws. Our hair stylists will show you how to style your own hair using the latest techniques, and give you expert advice on the kind of cut and colour that would be best for you. 

Posture and deportment

Standing and walking well can make you appear instantly slimmer and more elegant. Style School can show you how to walk, stand, sit and move more elegantly and bring out a more gracious you.  

Colour consultations

Some colours can wash you out, others can make your skin glow. Our colour consultants will show you the best colours and tones to suit your natural colourings.

Style School is run by Inessa Marris, a former fashion model who has a real flair for fashion and style.  

Style School aims to help those interested in fashion, and those looking for a totally new look, to find a new kind of confidence that can come from feeling good about our outer appearance. 

All Style School tutors are well known experts in their fields, well established in the North West.  Their expertise combines to create a perfect mix of skills and experience to help everyone find something that will enhance their outer appearance and inner confidence.

Style School Workshops and individual services

Style School weekend workshops take place in Windermere or Kendal in Cumbria.

We also offer a special bespoke service for one or two people together, where all our stylists focus on your individual needs and requirements for a day.
